I believe you guys heard of it. Island Red Cafe or IRC. Somehow, this may be new for those don’t know what am I talking about. Actually, IRC is somekind of restaurant cafe that established in Malaysia on 2007. IRC can be as simply as a cafe for strangers but actually they are doing some MLM business to lure peoples to invest in their company to open more and more cafes within Malaysia with high return.

Example – Invest 1 unit = RM 6,600 + RM 300 (agreement) = RM 6,900.
Then you’ll get RM 100 meal vouchers every month
+ RM 300 cash every month.

By right, it’s attractive for peoples to invest right ? Who doesn’t want to make money and invest at high return in a short period of time? money make money is the best but do you know that it’s a trap and you’re trapped by it strategy ?

Investors are complaining that they stopped receive meal vouchers and cash payouts, adding that they had not been able to contact any of the company’s management.

A: Eh, seems like Alot of IRC. I think we can go for a try.
B: Yeah , of coz. Alot of ($$$),I Really Conned by them. So you still wanna give it a try ?

The morale of the story, invest in the right place at the right time. You can be a millionaire in someday, but if you invest wrongly, today definately will become poor.

Afterall, this is the top 10 scams in Malaysia

1) The Cafe Scams – Island Red Cafe & Stevens Corner

4) Water businesses
5) Car Fuel Booster
6) Perfumery Products(eg. Lampe Berger & Bel Air)
7) Energy Products(eg. stone pendants, bracelets, mattress and

8 ) Hi-Tech products(names like bio-tech, nano-tech that claimed
millions of dollars of research involved, eg Bio-Young and XKL few
years ago)
9) Investment Schemes – SWISSCASH
10) GoldQuest

It’s the new trend. Besides IRC, even the Steven’s Tea Garden uses the same concept and they push the fact saying they’ve got the Steven’s Corner onboard and etc. With photos and corporate profile to make it look even more legit.

The sad thing is MLM never dies. They are always here and even though they fail, the owners of the MLM (like Steven Yeam) will never kena tangkap, and usually they will start another MLM empire.

WHere is justice ??? Or is it people’s own greed that cause them to suffer ???
